I cannot even begin to write a review that does justice for Chef Marco! I don't know where to start. The amazing dinner he prepared for our 4 year olds and 1 year old, that would have been enough for me. But then the steak and the striped bass and the cauliflower and the risotto and the baby carrots and the pizza and the wine! The wine! I'm forever grateful just for the introduction to the amazing Italian wine, Amarone!!! And then the second dinner Chef prepared for us, a traditional Italian seafood pasta with langoustines and calamari, his unique preparation of mussels, and scallops. we can't wait to go back.

We can't say enough how much we enjoyed Chef Marco's food and his profesional service. I highly recommend him if you are lucky enough to be in the Aspen/Snowmass area and he's available. You won't regret it.

We contracted with Eddu & Chefs to come to our condo and cook a few dinners while vacationing in Aspen. Each dinner was absolutely amazing! We had Marco as our chef, and he was incredible. Did a tremendous job creating dinner and entrees for our children (2-5yrs old) allowing them to eat earlier in the evening, and then separately created a much more complex meal for the adults. His wine pairings were fantastic. Even more amazing, was that he created such amazing meals with our condo's relatively simple kitchen appliances; completely putting my own culinary skills to shame. Highly recommend if you have children, and want to have a complete and sophisticated dining experience without taking your young children out later into the evening to a higher end restaurant. Marco is a phenom and rare talent!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Marco Porceddu for the past one year, and for the lucky people who live in the Aspen area, I can’t even begin to tell you how fortunate you are!  Marco is at a minimum a 5 star chef. If there were a 10 star slot, I would honor him with that award. He can cook you any cuisine you would like and I would almost bet that it would be the best tasting dish anywhere else in the world where you might have had the same. He is also able to delight you with any vegan dishes, if this is your diet. He is extremely responsive to your needs and he only chooses the best cuts of meats, the freshest fish and vegetables and presentation to you and your family, as It is his delight and honor. He and his staff will always work very hard for you and will leave your kitchen extremely clean, as if no one ever even cooked! I have found that he is always enthusiastic about cooking, as this is his passion, and trust me; it will show up in the menu that you choose. He is very reasonably priced and his servings and way of cooking, a way beyond anything you may have been served from any chef in this area or restaurant you may have frequented. I can’t say enough about this man, for his personality, for his ethics and for his zest for life and for the way his interrupts how you like to dine! Consider yourself very lucky if you hire him for any occasion.  MEM

Eddu Chefs is awesome! Family dinners have taken on a whole new meaning. Even the pickiest of our kids can't wait for Marco's dinners. Fresh, healthy, delicious! Whenever we have had parties people are begging for the Eddu Chef card!

Marco created the most spectacular menu for my family and friends.  He accomodated all dietary restrictions. His professionalism and presentation can't be beat.  The freshest of ingredients were used.  We will definitely work with him while in Aspen/Snowmass during our visits.  Thank you Chef Marco for an amazing night.

We worked with Chef Marco recently on our intimate wedding dinner in Basalt, Colorado. He worked with me on creating a menu that reflected his best work and our personal preferences. My family was blown away by the food. From presentation to taste, it was perfect. We had so much left over we enjoyed an early lunch the next day. I wish I could do it all over again. Thanks Marco!
