I cannot even begin to write a review that does justice for Chef Marco! I don't know where to start. The amazing dinner he prepared for our 4 year olds and 1 year old, that would have been enough for me. But then the steak and the striped bass and the cauliflower and the risotto and the baby carrots and the pizza and the wine! The wine! I'm forever grateful just for the introduction to the amazing Italian wine, Amarone!!! And then the second dinner Chef prepared for us, a traditional Italian seafood pasta with langoustines and calamari, his unique preparation of mussels, and scallops. we can't wait to go back. We can't say enough how much we enjoyed Chef Marco's food and his profesional service. I highly recommend him if you are lucky enough to be in the Aspen/Snowmass area and he's available. You won't regret it.
